Flooding on the Thames in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, filmed 29 November 2012. After days of heavy rain, the Thames finally burst it's banks in Wallingford in late November. Although the water level has risen substantially, Water damage to buildings in Wallingford seem to be low compared to many other towns along the river.
