Nature's Diet: Almond, Coconut or Rice Milk - Dr. Andrew Iverson

submitted by Dr. Andrew Iverson ND on 11/06/15 1

Over the years I’ve watched my favorite commercial nut and grain milks change from pure ingredients to adding fillers and stabilizers and other unnecessary gunk. Making your own almond milk is certainly time consuming however it is the most delicious and the most pure, non-dairy beverage you can find anywhere. The almond and coconut will need to be strained but the rice and millet milk are soft enough they can be drunk right after blending. I prefer to use rice and millet that is cooked longer so it is softer or mushy before blending. Start living a healthier life TODAY! -- Just as Nature intended. This recipe and over 400 other wheat-free, dairy-free recipes can be found in “Nature's Diet Cookbook & Meal Planner”.
