Ingredients 1 kg thick Beef/Chicken Sausages 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil 1 diced Onion 1 cup Basmati Rice 2 tablespoons curry powder 1 cup Beef/Chicken Stock 200g diced tomatoes 1 cup frozen Peas 1/2 cup Raisins Serve with Rice, yoghurt & fresh Coriander Preparation Method •Steam Rice & leave aside to cool •Add Oil in pan & fry thickly sliced Sausages on the diagonal •Add curry powder and Onions & saute in curry mixture •Add Stock, diced Tomatoes, Peas, Raisins and simmer, uncovered about 5 minutes •Add Salt to taste •Serve on a bed of Rice with Yoghurt on side & sprinkling of fresh coriander
