During my trip to Morocco I also went to visit the Rock of Gibraltar which is interestingly within Spain but governed by the U.K. (United Kingdom). It was merely an hour away by ferry and drive from Tangier, Morocco. I got off the ferry in Spain, took a taxi to La Linea, Spain then walked to the border and crossed into Gibraltar! It was crazy, on one side everything was Spanish on the other side it was all English! This is my walk to the top of the rock allowed to explore by tourists. The view is breath taking.
