Innovative City Nice France going green enjoy the walk, water fountains for children sometimes birds from loudspeakers..... Nice created the "Green Avenue des Champs-Élysées" you may like it..... comment: how deep is the real green base ? or only rollover green in some parts like tramway ? anyway the green keeps the heat out in summer from overheated pavements, good idea keeping the dogs and dog owners out of children's clean area youtu.be/sR2odZQiXWo a challenge for the Park Police, thanks for effort
