Estonia plans to build a 2.5-metre-high (8.20 foot) wall on the border with Russia, expecting to spend more than €70 million ($79.5 million) on the project. The footage shot at the Estonia-Russia border checkpoint of Luhamaa, Wednesday, shows where construction is expected to begin in 2018. The wall is due to measure 108 km (67 miles) in length.
