The US president is set to arrive in the Estonian capital late on Tuesday, where he is set to stay in Swissotel Tallinn. The official two-day visit to Estonia, which shares a border with Russia, is part of a four-day European trip by the US president. After meeting in Tallinn with leaders from all three Baltic states, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, Obama is scheduled to fly to the Welsh city of Newport on Wednesday night, where he will attend the 2014 NATO Summit.
