Bulgaria: Pro-Russian rally held in Burgas as tourism dwindles

submitted by lastminutebreaks on 10/30/15 1

Over 300 protesters organised a pro-Russian car rally in the coastal city of Burgas, Sunday, decrying the dwindling numbers of Russian tourists and investors coming to Bulgaria. Tourism and foreign investment from Russia account for a large percentage of Bulgaria's economy, with tourism accounting for 13.6% of the country's GDP in 2013, and the protesters hold the government's current stance on Moscow as responsible for the fall in trade. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ To use this footage please contact the Ruptly Client Desk: cd@ruptly.tv Video ID: 20150329-014 ---------------------------------- Twitter: twitter.com/Ruptly VK: vk.com/ruptlytv Facebook: www.facebook.com/Ruptly LiveLeak: www.liveleak.com/c/Ruptly Vine: vine.co/Ruptly Instagram: www.instagram.com/Ruptly Google Plus: google.com/+RuptlyTV YouTube: www.youtube.com/user/RuptlyTV DailyMotion: www.dailymotion.com/ruptly Video on Demand: www.ruptly.tv
