Why are you still using Craigslist to find a place to rent? Websites run by Realtors are also free and include all of the listings inside the local board database. If you want to be sure that apartments, condos or houses for rent are still available for rent, use RentCutz.com or another website run by a realtor with MLS access and IDX reciprocity. The ads on Craigslist may or may not be still available because they have to either expire or be removed manually by there original poster - this does not happen often enough. Searches on Craigslist for properties to rent are not efficient. Using RentCutz.com allows you to save searches, favorite properties and share with friends and family.
