Perhaps there is no better food region in all of Vietnam than Central Vietnam. There a many different kinds of unique foods originating from this region by the sea. And the best thing you can eat in Da Nang is thit heo cuong, or simply, pork rolled up with a unique kind of rice paper and herbs. There are many places to eat this in Da Nang, but I recommend Quan Mau. The original location is at 35 Đỗ thúc Tịnh, Quận Cẩm Lệ, Đà Nẵng and this second location is closer to the main area and has better lighting: 215 Trưng Nữ Vương, Quận Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng Total prices were around 12 dollars for two people.
