UNA = One (Also is Jessica’s middle name.) 600 = 2 x 300 = 600 .. in other words.. 100 yard power wheel crawl 80 jump rope double 60 touchdowns 40 jump rope doubles 20 power wheel pike ups equals 300 x 2 = 600 jump rope and power wheel for 2 rounds thru of all 5 exercises and do it as fast as possible (AFAP)
