“J Rock 3”

strength workout with descending in difficulty and ascending in reps. 3 pushing exercises to do, 3 minutes to get them done, 2 minute rest, then do same with pulling muscles... then rest 2 minutes and repeat the whole thing for a total of 3 rounds...GOAL do the whole thing in straight sets...meaning u do not have to break up your sets.
