Psalm 73:23-28 Sons of Korah cover from the album Shelter

submitted by Deeper Rhythms on 10/15/15 1

Marty Henderson, Mark Henson & James McKay perform our attempt at the Son's of Korah's Psalm 73 from the album Shelter. This piece of music is the conclusion the psalmist reached after nearly walking away from God and his purpose in life. He got so discouraged by watching the evil of the world around him that he almost gave up the good fight. Then he was inspired by God and he saw the big picture and this song depicts where he landed in this journey. We all find ourselves discouraged and frustrated with the challenges of this life. It's easy to get discouraged. We must all seek to live our lives from the perspective of this song. We would like to thank Matthew Jacoby and the group Sons of Korah for setting so many of the Psalms to such beautiful, refreshing & inspiring music.
