US general: Afghan MSF hospital strike was a mistake

The general in charge of coalition troops in Afghanistan has admitted that the decision to bomb a hospital in Kunduz was made by US forces, and not Afghan troops, as previously claimed. Twenty-two patients and staff from Doctors Without Borders were killed in the attack. Al Jazeera's Rosiland Jordan reports.
