Another holiday episode. Cauliflower bites are great for a little snack before or after the main meal. Almost like vegan breaded shrimp, just dip in cocktail sauce! Cut cauliflower into ½ slices. 2. Heat oil in frying pan on medium high heat. Add cauliflower to pan. Add curry powder, salt, pepper, parsley and vinegar. Stir it together, cover and reduce heat to low. Let cook for 3 to 4 min. Breading ½ cup flour ½ cup vegan breadcrumbs ½ cup soy milk 1 Tbs garlic powder 2 tsp parsley dried 2 ½ Tbs canola oil 1. In a mixing bowl, add flour. In separate mixing bowl, add breadcrumbs. In separate mixing bowl, add soy milk. 2. In separate mixing bowl add garlic powder and parsley. Whisk together. Add ½ Tbs to flour and add the remaining garlic powder parsley mixture to the breadcrumbs. 3. Take cauliflower off heat and pour onto a plate and let cool. 4. Take cauliflower slice and dunk it in the soy milk, then the flour, then the soymilk again and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat this for all of the cauliflower slices. 5. Heat canola oil in frying pan on medium high heat. Once heated, place the cauliflower slices in the pan and fry each side for about 45 sec or until golden brown. Remove from pan and set on paper towel to cool off.
