So... thought I would attempt the 2000m rowing challenge which as the name suggests, involves rowing 2000m (2km) on a Concept2 rowing machine. As you'll tell from my reaction at the end, it's a pretty horrible experience but awesome for aerobic, lactate threshold and muscular endurance development. I managed a time of 6 minutes and 29.1 seconds which I'm pleased with and was nice to go sub 6.30. I wanna be down around 6.20 next time though.
