I'm using this trainer with my Scattante road bike and could not be happier! It enables me to ride my bicycle indoors, when weather outside is not suitable for cycling. This is better than an exercise bike in my opinion, since most exercise bikes are prone to break, cost a lost and normally are not that comfortable.
