The beginner class is for everyone and particularly for those who want a basic introduction to indoor cycling. The class is also suitable for those who have not worked out before or have been inactive for a while. The beginner class is taught by Kristian -- a long time cycling enthusiast and the Captain of a Swedish team of cyclists who will ride from Sweden to Paris this summer in the support of a children's cancer fund. As an instructor he gives people more than they expect and will makes time disappear in a way that makes people forget that they are exercising.
