Chest Expander exercises on a Stationary Bike (1st half)

Some chest expander exercises on a stationary bike. The idea here is to up the level on the bike for every chest expander exercise and then back down a level on the bike as you take a breather in between. Slowly upping your heart rate as you progress through the workout. This is the first half of the workout, combined with the second half of this workout it's about a 12 minute workout.
