Elliptical Runner Total Body Workout

Total body workout on elliptical runner. I am NOT a certified trainer. Do this workout AT YOUR OWN RISK! Always have at least three points of contact on the elliptical runner at all times. Add "toe-raises" after the "foot-floppers" to work your calves.
