Mini-trampoline To Reduce Thighs Fast

The way I like to use the mini-trampoline is to jump on it for a few minutes at a time (a bunch of times each day) instead of just 1 long, boring workout. I'd like you to try and make it so you jump on a mini-trampoline anywhere from 2-5 minutes at a time for a total of near 25 minutes a day. This can easily be done during tv commercials or even during the tv show.
