Exercise Trampoline - YOU can Reap the Benefits of Rebounding - Perhaps Health's Best-Kept Secret?

Considering buying a rebounder? I'd recommend it! As a kid growing up my brothers and I spent a considerable amount of time on our own trampoline, but I never understood the built in health benefits of these pieces of equipment. After moving out of the parents home, I slowly but surely forgot about all the fun we used to have on the trampoline, but visits home in the summer would remind me. After getting off the trampoline I always felt amazingly refreshed, yet weirdly "glued to earth" (if you've ever been on a trampoline you know what i'm talking about). Anyway all that was 10+ years ago, but I was up late browsing the internet one night and came across some research that was telling my that the health benefits of rebounding are immense! So at that moment I decided it was time to get a rebounder, or mini-trampoline. I didn't care that some people might think it is strange to see a guy jumping on a mini trampoline from across the lake or anything like that, no need to be bashful, so I just went out to buy a trampoline at the store. But, let me save you a trip to the store! These things are actually fairly big even though they look relatively small compared to a full size trampoline, and I couldn't fit it in my car! So if you want to buy a mini trampoline you might want to just buy it online and have it delivered straight to your door! I have a link at the top here if you want to buy it now. Even if you try to go get one at the store you'll need spend your time and gas money, and they don't always have them in stock at the stores (plus sometimes the store models are cheap from what I hear). Anyway, now that I have this rounder on my back patio I use it just about every single day. We have a small dog, so its great to bounce on when taking her out to go potty, in the morning time it is refreshing to wake up on the trampoline as opposed to reaching straight for the coffee... don't worry I still get my cup of coffee afterwards! So far I'm really happy that I decided to buy a trampoline. I keep it outside now that it is warm out, but I have no doubt I could use it indoors too. I'm 6'5 and I would come nowhere close to hitting my head on the ceiling here. You actually don't get that high off the ground with a mini trampoline, even when you are trying to. A lot of afternoons I'll step outside and face the sun and just bounce soft and steady for 20-30 minutes, getting some sun, and just enjoying nature. If you have a place to put your rebounder outside, I'd recommend doing that, and do it now before you let it slip out of your mind and get distracted by the next thing. You'll feel like a kid again! It's a great exercise, you can make it as easy or difficult as you want to. Pretty much every muscle in your body will be activated jumping on a rebounder, and i guess it stimulates your lymph system as well. It's low impact, burns calories, and can help tone your body, and build bone density. This would be a great way for someone who is not able to run or cycle yet to get started with some low impact exercise that will benefit your body and many ways, including mentally. Your brain has to constantly work to correct your balance on a microscopic level. Anyway guys, just wanted to share my two cents on the health benefits of rebounding.
