PRODUCT: Gold's Gym Cardio Trampoline PRICE: I paid about $30 for it at Walmart DETAILS: - 36" Diameter - Boost cardio and burn calories - High-quality jumping mat - Durable steel frame - Steel spring resistance - Safety pad covers springs and frame edge - Optic yellow border for added safety REVIEW: I enjoyed using this trampoline. It is not nearly as fun as a larger model, however, if you are living in an apartment (like me), and just want to give your mattress a break, then this is a great option. I STRONGLY advise against allowing children to use this trampoline. When jumping it is important to bounce in the black mat area or else you risk tipping over and hurting yourself, so age 16 and up only. Today I jumped for about 20 minutes, and worked up a really good sweat.
