Mini Trampoline Workout with Paul Eugene

There are times when you need to mix up your workouts. This is called cross training. One of the workouts I use to cross train is the mini trampoline. It takes the stress off your joints and takes your mind back down the path of youth, being care free bouncing in the air. This is not a super intense workout but it burns fat and calories. Enjoy!
