Live television on channel 4, where I discussed the housemates' behaviour. I was asked to cover a huge amount of information in seven minutes. This was live television, and incredibly stressful; my heart was pounding just before the cameras started. Keep in mind that the presenter has an autocue, but I had to talk from memory.
