Before joining the Group, he was Group Head of Human Resources for IHH Healthcare Bhd. He also spent 14 years with Microsoft with his last role as Regional HR Director for HR services. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he also holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.
