Ray's primary role in Everton is to lead a team involved in all aspects of youth development from 7 to 19 years. In particular, the organisation of the department in terms of finance, facilities, staffing (full-time/part-time), policies, research and development, planning, care/welfare, education provision/liaison with schools and establishing good lines of communication with all areas across the whole youth development structure. www.leaderonomics.tv
