Chris Roebuck is an expert on delivering competitive advantage through developing world class leaders in organisations. He has developed entrepreneurial leadership in major organisations and originated the concept of Entrepreneurial support functions, in particular Entrepreneurial HR. Chris is also a Visiting Professor of Transformational Leadership at Class Business School, London. He has held senior roles in London Underground, UBS, HSBC, and KPMG where he was Global Head of Talent until 2007. Chris appears regularly on TV channels and radio stations around the world commenting on business, management leadership issues. He has authored several books, including Effective Leadership and Effective Communication that have been translated into eleven different languages. He also columns in CEO and HR magazines. Chris was nominated in 2011 as one of the top 20 most influential HR thinkers and has judged a number of HR and leadership awards. He advises professional and thought leadership bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Corporate Leadership Council, as well as The Financial Times Non-Executive Director Club.
