Guna is about a mentally unstable person, who dreams of a beautiful, Goddess-like girl. He even happens to meet one such girl at a temple. Believing this girl to be the girl of his dreams, Guna abducts her and keeps her in a lonely place. Slowly, a beautiful relationship develops between the two of them. The kidnapped girl understands him and starts looking at him in a different light. Meanwhile, the police and the girl's relatives try to trace her. What happens once the police closes in on them forms the crux of the story.
