I hope you enjoy my video on how I do my at home deep conditioning hair mask! This is great for dry, damaged, coloured, frizzy, and dull hair. Also if you want to grow your hair, or currently are suffering from dandruff, this is a great hair treatment for you! I recommend doing this at least once every 2 weeks! *Products I used: - 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or substitute with olive oil) - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (or substitute with an egg) - half of an avocado (or substitute with, mango, or banana) (I have medium length hair, if you have long hair, definitely double up the ingredients!) *tips: - Do not apply directly to roots, unless they are extremely dry. Once you wrap the plastic bag, or saran wrap around your head it will allow the mask to deep penetrate your hair, & it will also soak into the scalp. - Wash your hair twice, after applying the hair mask, and be sure to rinse well! - Be sure to wear an old shirt, it gets quite messy! - Use a ripe avocado, (squishy in texture) Thanks so much for watching! Please let me know if you try this out, or if you have a different variation that works for your hair! Love you guys, xo alex PS. For Halloween, I am going to be using my new BH Cosmetics 120 Color EyeShadow Palette 1st Edition! Found here: bit.ly/16J9shU I can't wait to create new looks for you guys! xo
