For all legal purposes, this series was either filmed in the depths of Mexico in the 90's or generated through the new Frostbite engine. Now several months after our initial visit, we return to the forest along Patterson Road after discovering that the supposed ritualistic inverted cross area does in fact exist. What we find is nothing short of the stuff of witchcrafty myths. Prepare your Blair Witches, because this is no Harry Potter deal. TUE Episode 2, Part II: Finding the Ritual Circle Cross. Our Book Faces: www.facebook.com Site Webs: www.ascriptedlaugh.com __________________________________________ EPISODE II, PART 2: Our first visit to the supposedly haunted Patterson Road was entirely ghostless, but we left satisfied with the fact that we got to meet multiple groups of people with the same exploratory intentions as us, for once. Along with learning some interesting bits of information on the location. One of the most notable was that there was an inverted cross apparently used by devil-worshippers in the area for sacrifices... It was explained to us that this giant circle was burned down from an old church that was once there at the site. None of us actually believed it, but it was a neat idea to entertain. Not long after that night, it came to our attention through a rather technical feat known as using Google Maps, that the inverted cross was actually real. What we find at the center of the cross is certainly some unnerving stuff. Hopefully we don't start getting followed by ritualistic, culty happenings. Hopefully. I'm optimistic about it. Heh. Uh. The Urban Explorers is a series documenting our (primarily first) visits and exploration of abandoned sites that we find by happenstance or through ('extensive') research. As per general rule of urbex thumb, we do not tamper with nor obstruct the sites in any significant way, and will not reveal the exact location of these places. Nor do we encourage any type of vandalism or breaking of the law. If you choose to find these places on your own, we are not responsible for any hazards or accidents that may occur, so please be smart about it. Basically don't be stupid.
