This is called the “Duterte Magic”. People patiently waited even after the passing of the hour for lunch and still, the Mayor of Davao got this kind of welcome. In this Summit on Federalism and Current Issues held in Valencia City Gymnasium, Valencia City on April 15, 2015, the people of Bukidnon were united to push the shift of our government from unitary to federal parliamentary, consequently declaring and installing Duterte as the National Leader for Federal Movement.The success of this summit also manifested the leadership of the Father of Bukidnon, Gov. Jose Ma. R. Zubiri, Jr., who personally managed the affair.
