It differs from other books that it takes the reader on a journey from myths through Kristian Birkelands theory to modern science. Furthermore it includes details of how to hunt and take great pictures of these celestial lights (last three chapters). Thus the perfect tool for everyone that would like to learn more about hunting the magic lights and photography of the magic lights.And to make time laps movies.Thus, a perfect travel guide. The book is written by unique team - a scienctist and an aurora photographer (and marine biologist).
