Mad Hunky Smoked Chicken Wings Recipe

I had the opportunity to try out both the Mad Hunky Poultry Brine and Mad Hunky Hot Whang rub and the two together produced what my wife claimed were the "best chicken wings I've ever had in my life". I brined the wings for 18 hours then rubbed them down w/ the Hot Whang rub and then grilled them over direct heat on the Grill Dome kamado for about 45 minutes. The tenderness of these wings combined w/ the flavor of both the Mad Hunky brine and rub was incredible.
