Wrist Mobility Routine For Better Lag and Wrist Hinge | Premier Fitness Systems

submitted by GolfSwing on 07/29/15 1

This is a great wrist warmup series for the wrist. Great for better lag and wrist hinge, but more importantly to help prevent golfers and tennis elbow. The better the wrists move the better the shoulders can move which is big for being able to keep everything in alignment. We prefer our clients starting with a few sets of crawls on the floor to get some blood in the wrists before the warmup, but if you're out on the range and it's not an option, no biggie! Start with the first stretch and go through all five. Don't stretch so far you get pain, the goal of this is to get things loosened up and mobile. Try to get 10-15 reps per stretch and then move on to the next stretch in the series. If you like the videos please subscribe, share and help us accomplish our mission.
