A Geo-Thermal heating and cooling system was designed as part of the new dealership instead of using a conventional HVAC temperature control unit, to eliminate the traditional HVAC system to eliminate harmful HFC's. The Geo-Thermal system consists of six pipes that reach underground to a depth of 100 feet to control temperatures within the dealership.
