Claretians had a glorious time in Cervera when Fr. Xifrè got the university building in lease for 99 years to locate the formation of the large number of missionaries in formation. At its peak time there were more than 500 members living there. Civil war ended the story offering 72 men, mostly young students, as martyrs to the Church.
