Download this video to view in it's true quality at 1080p. The compression doesn't do it justice. My friend Keith and I are preparing for a Harry Potter themed video, so we wanted to go out and get some test shots today. .... Facebook: facebook.com/marcustheproducer Instagram: instagram.com/producermarcus Twitter: instagram.com/macdaddyjoseph1 All shots except the first and last two (before the before and after shots) have warp stabilization on it. It'll say what is and what isn't in the top left corner. I've found the Nebula 4000 lite to be a fantastic and very lightweight gimbal, and just 1% warp stabilizer can really help the footage look amazing without warping it too strangely. I definitely get way more usable footage with this than with a glidecam. One thing to note about this gimbal is that it doesn't do very well when running. Slower walking movements or riding shots on any kind of vehicle work best. Also, still trying to figure out some problems I'm having with it, for instance it starts over-correcting the tilt, and balancing is hard but not as time-consuming as a glidecam. I mounted it on a fig rig (inspired by Eric Naso) so I can do smoother turns since it has a wider grip. For only about $1,000 total, this rig really makes some amazing footage, as seen here. And I have never gotten tired holding it because of how light the entire setup is. Color graded in Premiere CC. (Pretty lengthy color grading workflow so I can't explain it exactly, used around 6 RGB curves and several lumetris, desaturations as well.) Shot in s-log2 at iso 3200-4000 Lens: Canon FD 24mm f2.8 with metabones adapter. First four shots are on aps-c crop mode, the rest are full frame. F-stop was at something around 11. Looks best in full screen! Check out Keith's channel (the guy in this video): www.youtube.com/kfacetv
