Jamie Andrew is a mountaineer who despite losing his hands and his feet in a climbing accident at the age of 29, has gone on to make a string of absolutely incredible achievements. He has defied all expectations by running marathons, completing an Iron Man triathlon, skiing, snowboarding, sailing, and of course returning to climbing in the mountains that he loves so much. With over thirteen years’ experience speaking in more than 30 countries on 5 continents, Jamie is also a regular presenter for The International Institute of Management Development in Switzerland on several of their programmes, including the hugely popular High Performance Leadership course. In this week's episode of Leadership Nuggets, Jamie shares his tips on how to make even the impossible achievable and warns not confuse what is "impossible" with what is "difficult".
