This video features a recipe for a bacon wrapped bison meatloaf. The ground bison came from Frontier Meats and was some of the tastiest bison I've ever had. I cooked the meatloaf on my REC TEC pellet grill and the flavor of the wood pellets combined with the lean bison was amazing. I've got the ingredients below.
