In this video I show you how I grill sweet potatoes on a Weber One Touch Gold charcoal grill. Before you try these yourself, there are a couple things to point out: 1) if you're thinking these will be crunchy like fries, they're not...they're super soft. 2) I had some smoke wood on top of the charcoal bed when I cooked these so they came out a little too smokey. I'd recommend leaving off the smoke wood...Regardless, they still came out really good!
