I finally had the chance to grill up a massive "tomahawk" style ribeye steak on the Pit Barrel Cooker. I LOVE how well my PBC performs in an indirect, "low and slow" setup...but man...it doubles as an excellent direct-heat grill too! This steak turned out amazing.
