This recipe is a take off a Bobby Flay recipe that originally calls for ribeyes. The recipe calls for a goat cheese and mustard-lemon glaze topping. I put my own spin on it and used a tri-tip instead of ribeyes and it came out amazing. Check it out and let me know what you think.
