Java Crusted New York Strips with Chocolate Stout Glaze Recipe

This recipe is based off a java crusted steak recipe by Guy Fieri. I made a few tweaks to it then seared the strips on the cast iron grates on my kettle. Served them up with some grilled white asparagus and we were all set! This recipe is amazing! Try it out and let me know what you think. As always, thanks for watching!
