This is my first ever cook on my new Grill Dome! Woo hoo! And...this was my first ever tri-tip! This may have been the tastiest cut of meat I've ever cooked. I've heard so much hype about Tri's, but just hadn't ever got around to cooking one. On top of being amazed at how well the Grill Dome cooked, my wife and I were both were kicking ourselves that I waited this long to cook a Tri. If you haven't ever cooked one, make that the next thing you do! I cook a TON of BBQ and this was probably the best thing I've ever eaten. No lie.
