In this video, I show you how I smoke a brisket on a Grill Dome ceramic kamado. I went with a "hot and fast" method on this cook and cooked at 325°. This was an 8 lb brisket and at 325° it was done in just 5 1/2 hours. I opted not to inject this brisket and I also didn't foil it during the cook b/c I wanted to see how tender it would come out having been cooked on the Grill Dome. It came out amazingly tender and I was really happy with this first briskie cook on the Grill Dome.
