First Cook on the Cookshack Smokette Elite

This video is my first cook on my new Cookshack Smokette Elite electric smoker. I went with a couple staples for this first cook: a Boston butt and some babyback ribs. Both the butt and the ribs came out great and I'm really looking forward to many more cooks on this rig in the future.
