This is a response to several viewer requests I've had to do an indirect cook on my 2013 model Weber Jumbo Joe. The Jumbo Joe has become my go-to portable charcoal grill but since it has an 18.5" grill diameter you can actually perform indirect "low and slow" cooks on it as well.
