This is my first attempt at Bacon Explosion Pork Fatties. I've read a lot about them, but just hadn't got around to making some. They came out really good, though I should have cooked them a bit longer. We were starving and it was getting late, so I pulled them off after slow cooking them on the Weber kettle for 2 hours at about 275. They were super good, but holy crap they hit your gut hard! Lots of grease. Not sure the next time I'll do these, but I'm glad I finally got around to trying them.
