As you've seen in all my other videos, I do all my smoking on my Weber Smokey Mountain. In this video, this is my first attempt at smoking on my Weber 26.75" One Touch Gold kettle. It was a lot of fun and the ribs came out amazing. I'll def be smoking some more on the kettle in the near future so check back for more videos.
